Executive director
Tomi grew up in Bluffton, Indiana, and attended Norwell High School. She graduated from Indiana Purdue – Fort Wayne and then went on to earn a master’s degree from Saint Francis University. She is currently working on a doctoral degree from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, Pennsylvania
Tomi has been a volunteer chaplain in the city jail. She has worked on staff with the Fort Wayne YMCA and with Lifeline Youth & Family Services. She is a member of the executive leadership team of the United Brethren in Christ denomination. Tomi is a member of Anchor Community Church and has chaired the church board.

The Board
The board of directors consists of 7-8 persons with a deep interest in the work of Redemption House. They meet regularly to provide general oversight.
Our Staff
The Redemption House is staffed 24 hours a day by full-time, part-time, and volunteer staff, along with several interns from local colleges.
