Holiday Open House
The Holiday Open House is the biggest, and classiest, event of the year. It is held the first Thursday after Thanksgiving. The homes are festively decorated and tidied up, with refreshments laid out for guests and residents clad in an agreed-upon color. Visitors are greeted at the door, given nametags, and offered a tour of the house. It’s a grand affair.
Until 2019, the Open House was held only at the Fairfield location. But with the addition of the Wayne Street house, both homes were opened for visitors.
Here are some photo galleries from previous Open Houses. Thanks to the pandemic, there was no Holiday Open House in 2020. But we hope to be back in action and welcoming guests on December 2, 2021.
