The House Itself
Redemption House is a beautiful, stately home on Fairfield, on the north side of where the former Lutheran Hospital was located. It’s much bigger than it looks from the outside–that’s what everybody tells us once they’ve gotten the tour.
The house was significantly renovated in 2012. The main floor features a big kitchen, living areas, and office space. Go up the ornate stairway to the second floor to find various bedrooms. Then another stairway takes you up to the third floor, for a large, open bedroom area. The basement includes laundry equipment and storage. It’s a great place to live, and we try to take good care of it.
Below are some photos of the interior.
